How We Started
Founded by Charlie Blackwell in 1961, Data Cash Register grew from selling mechanical registers to embracing new technology, driven by a commitment to exceptional customer service. In the 1980s, we mastered installing POS systems for both large and small clients, expanding our team and office space. By the 1990s, we adapted to open architecture POS systems and continued training our staff to meet evolving customer needs.
