Software company Micros Systems is trading at an all time high since its IPO in 1981! Micros is up nearly 35% this year alone. Exceeding expectations, Micros has largely invested in R&D to bring a robust and customizable integrated system to the restaurant and hospitality business arena. CNBC gives the whole story below:

Madison Hotel – Grill 83 – The Madison Hotel’s restaurant/bar is called Grill 83. They selected the MICROS RES 3000 system. The hotel touts “the best view of Memphis” from their penthouse level.

Pat O’Brien’s of Memphis is an independently owned and operated licensee of Pat O’Brien’s International, Inc. with 4 locations….Memphis(2002), New Orleans(1933), Orlando(1999) and Cancun, Mexico(1991). The Memphis location is a Replica of the Famous New Orleans Watering Hole, complete with Piano Bar and Flaming Fountain Courtyard.It’s a have fun kind of place. Sing along, dueling pianos in the Piano Bar. Great food in the New Orleans style in the Restaurant. And the World Famous “Hurricane” to drink. They are using the system.

North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS has upgraded the Micros 2700 system to the MICROS RES 3700 system for their cafeteria operations. PC touchscreens point-of-sale workstations makeup the most used components of the 3700 system. The Back Office PC is used for maintenance and reporting purposes.
